Innate Pharma - France

Following the appointment of a new Chief Medical Officer, Innate partnered with us to build a high-performing Clinical Development function to support an expanding oncology biologics pipeline.

Over a four-month period, we successfully delivered three critical hires:

  • Head of Clinical Development

  • Head of Clinical Pharmacology

  • Medical Writer (0.5 FTE)

Each search was executed with a rigorous, structured approach, averaging one month per role from briefing to offer. For every position, we presented a carefully curated shortlist of six fully qualified candidates, assessed not only for technical expertise but also for leadership capability, cultural alignment, and long-term fit within the organisation.

From each shortlist, five candidates progressed to first-stage interviews, three advanced to second stage, and two reached final interview—demonstrating both the depth and quality of the talent pipeline delivered.

This project enabled Innate to rapidly establish a strong clinical leadership team, providing the foundations required to advance their oncology programmes with confidence.

Bayer AG - Switzerland

After an extended 18-month search without success, Bayer partnered with us to appoint a highly specialised Early Clinical Lead.

The role sat at the intersection of Renal, Metabolic, and Immunology therapeutic areas and required a candidate based in Europe—a combination that represents a particularly scarce talent pool within industry. This complexity demanded a precise, research-led approach and deep functional knowledge of the European clinical landscape.

Through comprehensive market mapping and targeted engagement, we identified a select group of candidates with the rare blend of early clinical leadership and cross-therapeutic expertise required. From initial briefing to final shortlist, the search was completed in just four weeks, resulting in a shortlist of five fully qualified candidates.
